Hi, I’m Maddie — an online fitness and nutrition coach passionate about helping women build strong, confident, healthy bodies in a sustainable way.

Over the last 5+ years, I’ve helped 100+ women transform their bodies and lifestyles through customized training, nutrition coaching, accountability, and mindset support. My coaching focuses on creating long-term results through realistic habits that fit your lifestyle, not quick fixes or extremes.

Fitness has been a huge part of my life from a young age. Growing up in the Okanagan, I was always involved in sports and movement, from earning my black belt in Tae Kwon Do to competing in soccer, volleyball, basketball, and track and field. Over the years, my passion for fitness evolved into strength training, running, kickboxing, coaching group fitness, and helping others discover confidence through movement.

What started as my own passion quickly became my purpose.

My coaching style is supportive, realistic, educational, and results-driven. I’m here to help you feel stronger physically and mentally while building habits you can actually maintain long-term. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or looking to level up your training and nutrition, I’ll meet you where you’re at and guide you every step of the way.
