Welcome!

I’m Coach Maddie, and I want to support you to become stronger and healthier on your fitness journey while having fun, in a fast and effective way.

I have lived in the beautiful Okanagan Valley all my life. Fitness and the outdoors have always been a huge part of my daily routine. I love how sports push me physically and mentally and contribute to a sense of well-being, and I want that feeling for you too.

I began my fitness journey at the age of six where I spent five years training in Tae Kwon Do, getting my black belt at age 11. In school I played multiple sports like soccer, basketball, volleyball, as well as track and field.

When I left team sports I got myself doing Pilates workouts at home and running on my own. I followed Youtube videos and home programs from my favorite trainers and used rocks and random objects around the house for added weight. This showed me getting fit is possible anywhere at any time as long as you commit to making the effort.

From there I wanted to challenge myself further, so I joined a weight training program through my high school for a year. This gave me a ton of skills and experience that I was able to start training on my own at the gym and make my own workouts. I coached boys soccer for a year to grow my confidence in teaching others. After high school, I got into kickboxing for three years, where I later became a kickbox coach for one and a half years. That’s when things clicked for me and I knew I wanted to work in the health and fitness industry and help others.

It’s now been 5+ years training people online or in person and I’m only getting started. If you’re looking for guidance.. let’s work together and crush your goals!
